At DFG Safety Training, we offer CPR classes that are designed to provide participants with the knowledge and skills to respond to life-threatening emergencies. Our experienced instructors use the latest teaching techniques to help you learn and retain the information. Join our community of certified lifesavers and be prepared to act in an emergency situation.
Instructor-led training is are in-person training session facilitated by an instructor for a group of learners. That includes discussions, lectures, videos, skill practices and assessments.
Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED course equips students to recognize and care for a variety of first aid breathing and cardiac emergencies involving adults children and infants. It is designed for students who need a certification that satisfies OSHA workplace or other regulatory requirements. Upon successful completion a valid 2 year digital certificate for Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED is issued. Course 4 hours

Participants are required to complete all elements of the online session prior to the skills session. Participants must present their Online Session Completion Record at the beginning of the skills session. The skills session is focused on hands on skill practice and demonstration of skill competency for all required skills.

(BLS) training designed for healthcare professionals can help you effectively and safely recognize and respond to several life-threatening emergencies . Our training allows you to learn new techniques, sharpen your skills so you can deliver care to those in need and help improve patient outcomes as a single responder and working with a team. BLS cards are valid for two years from the date on your certificate.
The American Red Cross BLS instructor led course combines lecture, discussion with hands skills practice :
· Rapid Assessment and Visual Survey
· CPR/AED for Adults, Children and Infants
· Obstructed Airways
· Opioid Overdoses
· Critical Thinking, Problem Solving, Communication and Teamwork
Class time approximately 5 hours with break
Team Response Testing Scenarios and written test required
Participants complete part of course online and bring completed online certificate to an In-Person Hands-on skill session.
